HAHA Training offer Apprenticeships and Training in the Hair and Beauty sectors. Our bespoke training salons is located at 12 London Road, North End, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO2 OLH and Camphill, West Byfleet. Surrey, KT14 6EW.

Our centre of excellence and bespoke state of the art salon offers individualised training courses that are accredited with City & Guilds and in partnership with MIT Skills.

Unlike colleges and other training providers we will be operating a number of courses throughout the year, not just September, with training and assessments carried out at salons in Portsmouth, Fareham, Southamp-ton, Woking and surrounding areas. We will accommodate all training and assessments which will be carried out in your salon in the Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey areas.

HAHA staff are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all students. HAHA are also committed to achiev-ing equality of opportunity for all staff, students and the members of the community it serves. In doing so, HAHA will actively work to achieve equality regardless of age, race, skin colour, disability, gender, marital status, sexuality or faith.

HAHA was established in May 2012 and officially opened by the Lord Mayor in April 2013. In our first year we were nominated for Training Provider of the Year 2013 and have registered over 200 students and are still growing. We work with local schools and offer training in Hairdressing, Barbering and Beauty Therapy.

Every year we enter students into the National Hairdressing Federation Finals, Blackpool. We have been very successful with 2nd and 4th place winners. They have been inspired to achieve excellence by this experience.

We have expanded our provision to the Surrey area and have recently been given a 5 star rating with the ‘Good Salon Guide’. We have also been nominated for the Training centre of excellence award sponsored by the Portsmouth News.

Apprenticeships are becoming more popular, with employers stating that an Apprentice makes their work-place more productive.

Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn, develop and demonstrate skills of your trade in a real working environment (salon) as well at our centre of excellence. This unique style of learning enables you to have the support of both your employer, their staff and along with the mentors at HAHA training.

“Because Apprenticeships are based in the workplace employers get the skills they really need. They are vital to the future success not only of businesses across the country, but also for a vibrant economy.” Source: David Frost - Director General British Chamber of Commerce
